Tyler is one of our awesome assistants that loves providing care to your pets. When she isn’t working on her degree, she does recreational mushing with her huskies Aspen, Kaya, Phoenix, and River, or at home with Ms. Kitty!

Pam is one of our dedicated assistants providing excellent care to your pets. When she isn’t in school, she can be found showing her two beautiful horses Lucy and Sunny, or spoiling her two cats, Hans and Tom. She also has a handsome leopard gecko named Flick.

Many of you will know Caitlin as our longtime loyal customer service representative, but she is also certified as a Veterinary Assistant! In her off time, she can be found gaming while surrounded by her adorable Chihuahua pack, Barney, Coco, and Louie!

Abby is one of our kind-hearted customer service representatives who would love to assist you with your pet’s needs. When she isn’t here helping animals, she can be found making art, spoiling her handsome pitbull Wilson, or practicing flow arts.

Jess is one of our amazing Certified Veterinary Technicians. Previously a CVT in Connecticut, Jess and her pack have made Illinois their home. Her pack consists of cats Georgette, Raven, and Tiberius, and chihuahuas, Burrito, Taquito, and Tequila.

Achtli is a Certified Veterinary Technician, and our trusted lead surgical tech. She helps train all our incoming technicians to take incredible care of your pets. She’s got her own little pack at home, including Diamond, Lucky, Maya, and Shadow.
